摘要
针对海上油田无法准确计算油水分离器分离速率的问题,利用示踪剂计量流体进入分离器后的滞留时间,考察其是否满足设备的有效分离要求。通过实验优选出适合的无机盐类示踪剂,利用最大稀释体积法计算用量并设计段塞及取样方式。现场实施过程中,向分离器入口注入示踪剂,并从分离器出口取样分析。在获取浓度曲线后,得到流体通过分离器的准确时间。结果表明,一级分离器A和B、二级分离器液体滞留时间均高于10min,满足现场要求。研究的方法操作便捷,测试快速、准确,可为油田脱水设施的评估提供一种有效的手段。
In response to the issue of the inability to accurately calculate the separation speed of oil-water separators in offshore oil fields,a tracer was used to measure the retention time of the fluid after entering the separator and investigate whether it met the effective separation requirements of the equipment.Selected suitable inorganic salt tracers through experiments,used the maximum dilution volume method to calculate the dosage,and design slugs and sampling methods.During the on-site implementation process,tracer was injected into the inlet of the separator and samples were taken from the outlet for analysis.After obtaining the concentration curve,obtain the accurate time.when the fluid passes through the separator.The results showed that the liquid retention time of the first stage separators A and B,as well as the second stage separators,was higher than l0 minutes,meeting the on-site requirements.This method was easy to operate,fast and accurate in testing,and can provide an effective means for the evaluation of oilfield dehydration facilities.
