基于CATIA的民机三维布线方法研究

Research on 3D Wire Routing Method in Civil Aircraft Based on CATIA

摘要 以CATIA V5为平台,通过CATIA CAA及相关数据表的二次开发,实现了从电气原理接线关系到线路三维布线路径确定的整个EWIS三维布线设计工作,解决了设计员进行详细EWIS数字样机设计时无有效布线走向和分叉参考的问题。实例研究验证了该布线方法的正确性和有效性。 At the flat roof of CATIA V5,with CATIA CAA and related data sheet redevelopment program,the whole EWIS three-dimensional wire routing design was realized from electrical principle interconnection to wire routing defined which solve the problem of lacking reference of wire routing direction and branches for detailed EWIS digital prototype design.The experiment studies had verified the correctness and effective of proposed method.
