摘要
目的探讨肌少症评定指标骨骼肌指数(skeletal muscle index,SMI)、肌力、躯体功能与骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)评定指标骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)之间的关系。方法选取2021-01/2023-08月就诊于作者医院的83例患者为研究对象。采用双能X线吸收法(dualenergy X-ray absorptiometry,DXA)测定患者BMD,根据结果将患者分为骨量正常组(n=27)、骨量减少组(n=26)、OP组(n=30)。测定各组患者SMI、右手握力、左手握力、6m步行时间、5次坐起时间等肌少症评定指标的差异,采用Pearson相关分析SMI、肌力、躯体功能与BMD的相关性。结果3组患者在SMI、右手握力、左手握力、6 m步行时间、5次坐起时间上差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.01);SMI、右手握力、左手握力与不同部位BMD呈正相关,6 m步行时间、5次坐起时间与不同部位BMD呈负相关(P均<0.001)。结论肌少症会增加骨质疏松发生的风险,SMI、肌力较高,躯体功能较好的人群发生骨质疏松的概率较低。
Objective To investigate the relationship between sarcopenia assessing skeletal muscle index(SMI),muscle strength,physical function and osteoporosis(OP)assessing bone mineral density(BMD).Methods A total of 83 patients treated in author′s hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were enrolled in this study.All the patients were scanned by dualenergy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA)to measure patients′BMD,all the patient were divided into normal bone mass group(n=27),osteopenia group(n=26)and OP group(n=30)according to the results.The differences of SMI,right hand grip,left hand grip,6 m walking time and 5 times sitting time were measured in each group.The correlation between SMI,muscle strength,physical function and BMD was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results There were significant differences in SMI,right hand grip,left hand grip,6 m walking time and 5 times sitting time among the 3 groups(all P<0.01);SMI and right hand grip,left hand grip were positively correlated with BMD in different sites,while 6 m walking time and 5 times sitting time were negatively correlated(all P<0.001).Conclusion Sarcopenia can increase the risk of osteoporosis,people with higher SMI,muscle strength and better physical function have a lower probability of osteoporosis.
