摘要
目的:观察天智颗粒联合常规西药治疗遗忘型轻度认知功能障碍(aMCI)患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年1月该院收治的120例aMCI患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组各60例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合天智颗粒治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后认知功能[简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)]评分、记忆能力[Rivermead行为记忆试验(RBMT)]评分,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为91.67%(55/60),高于对照组的76.67%(46/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组MMSE、MoCA评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组RBMT评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:天智颗粒联合常规西药治疗aMCI患者可提高治疗总有效率、认知功能评分和记忆能力评分,其效果优于单纯常规西药治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Tianzhi granules combined with conventional Western medicine in treatment of patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment(aMCI).Methods:120 patients with aMCI admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected for the prospective study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the study group was treated with Tianzhi granules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the cognitive function[mini-mental state examination(MMSE),Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)]scores,the memory ability[Rivermead behavioral memory test(RBMT)]score,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.67%(55/60),which was higher than 76.67%(46/60)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of MMSE and MoCA in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The RBMT scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,that in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Tianzhi granules combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of the patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment can improve the total effective rate of treatment,the cognitive function scores and the memory ability scores.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional Western medicine treatment.
