摘要
高校的发展离不开教师,教师在教育事业发展中居于核心地位。分析高校人事管理激励机制存在的问题,剖析马斯洛需求层次理论与高校人事管理激励机制之间的关系,基于马斯洛需求层次理论视角,从生理需求、完全需求、爱与归属需求、尊重需求和自我实现需求五个维度建立科学且合理的高校人事管理激励机制,促进高校人事管理提质增效。
The development of colleges and universities is inseparable from teachers,and teachers occupy a core position in the development of education.Based on the perspective of Maslow's hierarchy of needs,this paper establishes a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism for college personnel management from five dimensions:physiological needs,complete needs,love and belonging needs,respect needs and self-realization needs,so as to promote the quality and efficiency of college personnel management.
