应用物联网技术的运动生理监测系统设计

摘要 为实现人体运动状态的实时监测和评估,本文研发了一种基于物联网技术的运动生理监测系统。通过适用的传感器设备,采用NB-IoT模块将运动生理数据传输到云平台上实现实时数据分析。测试结果显示,系统具有良好的温度和湿度感知、心率和血氧捕捉能力,可为体育训练、康复治疗和健身等领域提供科学准确的监测,提高运动监测的准确性和科学性。 In order to achieve real-time monitoring and evaluation of human movement status,this paper develops a sports physiological monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology.By using suitable sensor devices and NB IoT modules,real-time data analysis can be achieved by transmitting exercise physiological data to the cloud platform.The test results show that the system has good temperature and humidity sensing,heart rate and blood oxygen capture capabilities,indicating that the system can provide scientific and accurate monitoring tools for sports training,rehabilitation treatment,fitness and other fields,improving the accuracy and scientificity of sports monitoring.
