心理因素对脊柱外科患者的影响及干预措施的研究进展
Study progress of the impact of psychological factors on patients with spinal diseases and interventions
摘要
随着解剖入路的不断创新和椎弓根螺钉内固定系统的逐步成熟,手术干预可显著改善脊柱疾病患者的躯体失衡状况,并对受压神经有效减压。然而相当一部分脊柱疾病患者在接受手术后生理和心理健康水平仍然较差[1]。既往研究发现,高达40%的腰椎融合术后患者出现持续性疼痛、功能残疾和生活质量低下[2]。
