摘要
为优化区域轨道交通系统运输服务质量、提高运营效率,基于旅客出行过程分析,对区域轨道交通系统服务水平影响因素进行研究,并构建了系统服务水平评价指标体系;根据“体验-响应”问卷调查,以旅客感知确定各指标服务水平分级标准,定义服务水平指数变化率,进一步提出系统服务水平评价方法。结果表明:不同时段,重庆区域轨道交通系统在D级服务水平下的服务水平指数不同。在高峰和平峰时段,系统服务水平的主要影响因素分别为线路的区间满载率和车站的候车时间。为保证系统提供的运输服务质量在旅客可以接受的范围内,高峰时段应控制出行量小于28.18万人/h、同时采取出行路径诱导措施;平峰时段应控制出行量小于9.10万人/h,并合理调整发车间隔。研究结果为提高轨道交通运营管理水平提供理论参考。
In order to optimize the transport service quality of the regional rail transit system(RRTS)and improve the operation efficiency,the factors affecting the service quality of RRTS were studied based on the analysis of the passenger travel process,and an evaluation index system of the system service level was constructed.According to the“experience-response”questionnaire survey,the service level classification standards were determined based on passenger perception,and the service level index change rate was defined to propose the evaluation method of the system service level.The results show that there are differences in the service level index of Chongqing RRTS at different time periods under grade D service level.In peak and off-peak hours,the main factors affecting the system service level are respectively the interval full load ratio of the line and the waiting time in the station.In order to ensure that the quality of transport services provided by the system is acceptable to passengers,the number of trips during peak hours should be controlled to be less than 281800 passengers per hour,and travel route guidance measures should be taken.During off-peak hours,the number of trips should be controlled to be less than 91000 passengers per hour,and the departure interval should be reasonably adjusted.The results provide a theoretical reference for improving rail transit operation and management level.
