摘要
以良好党内政治文化涵养风清气正的政治生态,是全面从严治党的主要内容,是新时代党的建设总要求的根本任务。贯彻新时代党内政治文化建设实践要求,就是要深入加强党的信仰文化、组织文化、宗旨文化、先锋文化、制度文化、情感文化建设,发挥文化的效能,促进党的建设由标向治本迈进,不断净化党内政治生态。新时代党内政治文化建设的实践路径,就是要发展积极健康的党内政治文化,努力实践把握“思想航标”、传承“文化基因”、确立“价值中轴”、讲好“中国故事”、严守“红线底线”、抓住“关键少数”,不断进行自我革命,持之以恒推进全面从严治党。
Conserving a clean and upright political ecology with a good political culture within the Party is the main content of full and rigorous self-governance and the fundamental task of the general requirements for strengthening the Party in the new era.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized that“we must exercise full and strict governance over the Party”and“continue to purify the political ecology within the Party.”In order to implement this important task,it is necessary to deeply strengthen the building of the Party’s belief culture,organizational culture,purpose culture,vanguard culture,institutional culture,and emotional culture,and to give full play to the effectiveness of culture,to promote the Party’s construction to move forward from the symptoms to the root of the problem,and to constantly purify political ecology within the Party.The practical path for the building of the political culture within the Party in the new era is to develop a positive and healthy political culture within the Party,and endeavor to practice grasping the“ideological beacon”,inheriting the“cultural gene”,establishing the“value axis”,telling the“Chinese story”well,strictly abiding by the“red line”and grasping the“critical minority”,constantly carrying out self-revolution,and persistently exercising full and strict governance over the Party.
