摘要
开展全国地理国情监测普查,系统掌握权威、客观、准确的地理国情信息,能够为新型城镇化政策制定提供切实的数据支撑和决策依据,从而更好地服务于自然资源“两统一”职责。文章通过提取山东省泰安市2022年市辖区范围内建城区边界、建设用地边界、城市建设用地、基本公共服务设施、综合交通网络设施等数据,对城市空间扩展变化、城市总体规划实施效果、城市基本公共服务水平、城市综合交通网络状况等进行综合评估,进一步说明了泰安市整体扩展迅速,城市基本公共服务和综合交通网络逐渐完善,人居环境正在逐步改善。该数据成果可为后续推进地理国情常态化监测提供方向指导。
Carrying out a national geographical and national conditions monitoring census and systematically mastering authoritative,objective and accurate geographical and national conditions information can provide practical data support and decision-making basis for the formulation of new urbanization policies,thereby better serving the“two unifications”of natural resources.The article extracted data on urban area boundaries,construction land boundaries,urban construction land,basic public service facilities,comprehensive transportation network facilities and other data within the municipal area of Taian city,Shandong province in 2022,to analyze urban spatial expansion changes,urban master planning implementation effects,urban comprehensive assessment of the level of basic public services and the status of the city’s comprehensive transportation network,further illustrates the rapid overall expansion of Taian city,the gradual improvement of the city’s basic public services and comprehensive transportation network,and the gradual improvement of the living environment.This data result can provide direction guidance for the subsequent promotion of normalized monitoring of geographical conditions.
