摘要
颗粒细胞(Granulosa Cells,Gc)的主要功能是为卵母细胞提供必要的生长因子、营养素和代谢中间产物,并分泌正常生殖功能所必需的雌激素。Gc凋亡影响卵母细胞质量,进而降低家畜受精率和妊娠成功率。细胞凋亡配体和受体系统是诱导Gc凋亡的主要因子,而Gc凋亡是卵泡闭锁的主要原因。卵泡闭锁是导致卵母细胞丢失的主要原因,也是对雌性动物遗传资源的巨大浪费。一种配体可以结合多种受体,从而进入细胞增殖、细胞凋亡等途径。本文介绍了细胞凋亡配体和受体系统及其在Gc凋亡中的作用,旨在为家畜繁殖提供借鉴与参考。
The main function of granulosa cells(GC)is to provide necessary growth factors,nutrients and metabolic intermediates for oocytes,and secrete estrogen necessary for normal reproductive function.Granulosa cell apoptosis affects the quality of oocytes,and then reduces the fertilization rate and pregnancy success rate of livestock and animals.Apoptosis ligand and receptor system are the main factors inducing granulosa cell apoptosis,which is the main cause of follicular atresia.Follicular atresia is not only the main cause of oocyte loss,but also a huge waste of genetic resources of female animals.A ligand can bind to a variety of receptors and enter the pathways of cell proliferation and apoptosis.Therefore,this paper reviews the apoptosis ligand and receptor system and its role in granulosa cells,in order to provide reference for livestock reproduction.
