基于海因里希法则与尽责流程理论的保密工作责任制建构——以H高校为例

摘要 海因里希法则是重要的安全管理理论,尽责流程理论能提升员工履职能力.运用两项理论构建高校保密工作责任机制,对防范保密安全事故、加强高校教职员工履行保密工作职责具有重要意义.H高校在保密工作实践中,构建基于海因里希法则和尽责流程理论的保密工作责任制,对推动高校保密工作发展提供了有益的借鉴. Heinrich's Rule is an important theory of safety management,and Due Diligence Process Theory can improve the performance ability of employees.It is of great significance to construct the responsibility mechanism of security work in colleges and universities by applying the two theories to prevent security accidents and strengthen the performance of security work duties by faculty and staff.In the practice of confidentiality work in the H university,the construction of a confidentiality responsibility system based on Heinrich's Rule and Due Diligence Process Theory provides a useful reference for promoting the development of confidentiality work in colleges and universities.
