摘要
针对工程实践中出现的负载敏感系统响应迟滞故障,基于负载敏感系统的工作原理,提出传感器对系统响应的影响可能性。经过实验与分析,得到传感器在不同安装位置时的动态响应曲线,同时分析其影响机制和改进措施。最后,根据不同使用工况得到传感器的安装最优位置。
Aiming at the response delayed faults of load sensitive systems in engineering practice,based on working principle of the load sensitive system,the impact possibility of sensors on system response was proposed.Through experiments and analysis,the dynamic response curves of the sensor were obtained at different installation positions,the influence mechanism and improvement measures were analyzed at the same time.Finally,the optimal position for the installation of the sensor was obtained according to different operating conditions.
