摘要
通过分析建立数学模型,对测定化妆品涂抹8 h前后皮肤角质层水分含量差值的不确定度进行评估,主要包括前后两次角质层水分含量测定中的随机波动,测试及称量仪器未查明的系统误差,测试及称量仪器的分辨力,测量结果修约误差,以及不确定度的潜在来源样品取样量、环境温湿度等方面,最后计算合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度。依据不确定度传播率,考虑自变量的相关性,通过评估结果的验证,化妆品保湿功效测定中用于统计推断的样品使用前后皮肤角质层水分含量差值,其合成标准不确定度公式宜采用前后两次测试标准不确定度之差。
This article evaluates the uncertainty of the difference in stratum corneum moisture content before and after applying cosmetics for 8 hours by analyzing and establishing a mathematical model.It mainly includes the random fluctuations in stratum corneum moisture content measurements before and after,unidentified systematic errors in testing and weighing instruments,the resolution of testing and weighing instruments,rounding errors in measurement results,and potential sources of uncertainty such as sample sampling volume,environmental temperature,and humidity.Finally,the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty are calculated.According to uncertainty propagation,considering the correlation of independent variables,and through validation of the assessment results,the determination of moisturizing efficacy in cosmetics should involve statistically measuring the difference in stratum corneum moisture content before and after sample application.Meanwhile,the formula for combined standard uncertainty should preferably utilize the difference between the standard uncertainties of moisture content measurements before and after testing.
