摘要
为分析沥青路面材料耐磨性能的衰减规律,采用自制的沥青路面材料耐磨仪器,分别进行不同级配类型的沥青混合料耐磨性能规律试验、不同荷载大小作用的沥青混合料耐磨性能规律试验和水环境作用下沥青混合料的耐磨性能规律试验。结果表明:不同级配类型沥青混合料的耐磨性能不同;荷载越大,沥青混合料试件的构造深度和摆值衰减越快,达到稳定值所需的时间越少,构造深度终值随荷载的增大而减小,摆值终值基本相同;在相同磨损时间下,水环境中磨损的沥青混合料构造深度和摆值均低于干燥环境。研究所得的沥青路面材料耐磨性能衰减规律可为沥青路面的耐磨性能改善提供支持。
Based on the asphalt pavement project constructed in Fuzhou Binhai New Area,in order to analyze the attenuation law of the wear resistance of asphalt pavement materials,combined with the vehicle load and environmental influencing factors affected by asphalt pavement during service,this paper uses self-made asphalt pavement material wear resistance instruments to carry out the wear resistance law test of asphalt mixture of different graded types,the wear resistance law test of asphalt mixture with different load sizes,and the wear resistance law test of asphalt mixture under the action of water environment.The results show that the wear resistance of different graded types of asphalt mixture is different.The larger the load,the faster the structural depth and pendulum value of the asphalt mixture specimen decay,the less time required to reach the stable value,and the final value of the structural depth decreases with the increase of the load,and the final value of the pendulum value is basically the same.Under the same wear time,the construction depth and pendulum value of the asphalt mixture worn in the water environment are lower than those in the dry environment.The attenuation law of the wear resistance of asphalt pavement materials can provide support for the improvement of wear resistance of asphalt pavement.
