摘要
基于国内博物馆导览小程序的发展,优化南京博物院导览小程序的功能结构和界面设计,为游客提供更便捷的购票约展、参观讲解和互动社交服务。分析目前博物馆导览服务的种类和优缺点;结合游客使用导览的现状,通过实地观察和问卷调研发现南京博物院导览服务存在的不足;通过构建用户体验旅程图分析目标用户的需求,发现痛点和设计机会点,归纳出南京博物院导览小程序的设计原则,提出包含个性化讲解路线和多元化界面的小程序优化方案,利用有限的界面空间为游客提供更丰富的导览功能。完善导览小程序的功能结构和界面设计,有助于为游客打造愉悦舒适、高效有序的文博之旅。
Based on the development of domestic museum guide mini-programs,the functional structure and interface design of Nanjing Museum's guided tour applet was optimized to provide visitors with more convenient ticket reserva-tion,tour interpretation and interactive social services.The types,advantages and disadvantages of current museum guide services were analyzed in combination with the current situation of using guided tours and discovered the prob-lems of guided tour services in the Nanjing Museum through field observations and questionnaire research.On the basis of analyzing the needs of target users by constructing user journey map,the pain points and design opportunities were discovered,and the design principles of the Nanjing Museum's guided tour applet were summarized.An optimization plan including personalized interpretation routes and diversified interfaces was proposed to provide visitors more conve-nient and efficient guide functions with limited interface space.The improvement of the functional structure and inter-face design of the museum guide applet will help create a more pleasant,comfortable,efficient and orderly museum cul-tural tourforvisitors.
