摘要
目的基于网络药理学筛选柴胡-枳壳配伍治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的机制。方法通过TCMSP平台收集柴胡、枳壳的成分及靶点。通过GeneCards数据库收集FD的基因,使用STRING 11.0数据库进行分析。结果共获得柴胡成分349个、枳壳17个。FD疾病相关基因1561个,药物与疾病共有的靶点为59个。蛋白互作(PPI)网络发现VEGFA、MAPK8、EGFR等可能是柴胡-枳壳配伍治疗FD的关键靶点。涉及PI3K-AKT、AGE-RAGE、HIF-1等经典信号通路。结论柴胡-枳壳配伍治疗FD具有多途径、多靶点作用的特点,为接下来的实验验证提供了参考和依据。
Objective To select the therapeutic targets of Chaihu-Zhiqiao in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods The chemical components of Chaihu and Zhiqiao were collected through TCMSP to collect the effective active components and targets.Genes related to FD were collected through Gene Cards.These key target genes were uploaded to the online STRING database to analyze.Results Three hundred and forty-nine major chemical components of Chaihu and 17 of Zhiqiao.There were 1562 genes related of FD and 59 common targets for drug and disease.The protein interaction network found that VEGFA,MAPK8 and EGFR might be the key targets of“Chaihu-Zhiqiao”in the treatment of FD,including PI3K-AKT,AGE-RAGE,HIF-1 and other classic signal pathways.Conclusion The“Chaihu-Zhiqiao”drug pair has the characteristics of multi-pathway and multi-target action in the treatment of the FD,which provided a reference and basis for further verification.
