摘要
目的探讨益气通脉汤联合针刺疗法对气虚血瘀型急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及血清相关指标的影响。方法将2021年6月—2022年6月泉州市中医院内科收治的气虚血瘀型急性脑梗死患者80例作为观察对象,按随机数字表法分成对照组(40例)、研究组(40例)。两组均行常规西医治疗,研究组同时采用益气通脉汤联合针刺治疗,对比两组治疗前后血液流变学、血清相关指标水平和不良反应发生率。结果与治疗前相比,治疗2周后,两组纤维蛋白原、高切血黏度、D-二聚体、血浆黏度及血清低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)水平均下降,且研究组较对照组更低,两组血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平均升高,且研究组较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论气虚血瘀型急性脑梗死患者接受益气通脉汤联合针刺治疗能更好地调控血液流变学指标和血清相关指标,改善脑血液循环,加快病情恢复,且安全性高。
Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Tongmai decoction combined with acupuncture on hemorheology and serum related indexes in patients with acute cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,80 patients with acute cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases)according to random number table.Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine.The study group was treated with Yiqi Tongmai decoction combined with acupuncture at the same time.The hemorheology,serum related index levels and adverse reaction rates before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of fibrinogen,high cut blood viscosity,D-dimer,plasma viscosity and serum hypoxic-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)were decreased in both groups,and the level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)was increased in both groups,and the level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Tongmai decoction combined with acupuncture can better regulate the hemorheology index and serum related index,improve cerebral blood circulation,accelerate the recovery of the disease,and have high safety.
