摘要
随着我国进入全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新阶段,面临着经济转型升级、城镇化推进、人口结构变化、生态环境保护等新的挑战和机遇,新时期房地产经济管理的创新发展,要探索新的发展模式,促进房地产市场的平稳健康发展和房地产业的良性循环。文章从房地产经济管理的理论基础、现实掣肘、创新发展路径和创新发展策略四个方面进行了分析和探讨,旨在为新时期房地产经济管理的创新发展提供一些理论和实践的参考。
As China enters a new stage of building a socialist modern country,it faces new challenges and opportunities such as eco-nomic transformation and upgrading,urbanization promotion,demographic shifts,ecological environmental protection and other new challen-ges and opportunities.This article explores the innovative development of real estate economic management in the new era,aiming to discov-er new development models,promote the stable and healthy growth of the real estate market,and establish a virtuous cycle in the real estate industry.This paper analyzes and discusses the four aspects of the theoreticalbasis,realistic constraints,innovative development path and in-novative development strategy of the real estate economic management,in order to provide some theoretical and practical reference for the innovative development of the real estate economic management in the new period.
