摘要
乡村民宿因其扎根于乡村的自然属性,获得了快速发展和不断升级,已成为助力乡村振兴的有效手段。得益于良好的发展基础,近年来盐城地区乡村民宿发展迅速,但还存在着发展层级差异大,供需两端不够匹配;滞后于国家标准,管理水平有待提高;缺乏集群效应,配套供给有待完善等问题。对此,建议加强顶层设计,统筹推进乡村民宿发展;强化标准管理,提升乡村民宿服务水平;实施联农带农,实现民宿乡村有机融合;注重宣传推介,打造乡村民宿立体品牌,以此推动盐城乡村民宿产业高质量发展。
Due to the natural attributes rooted in the countryside,rural homestays got rapid development and continuous upgrading,and has become an effective means to help rural revitalization.Thanks to the good development foundation,rural homestays in Yancheng have developed rapidly in recent years,but there are still large differences in development levels and insufficient matching between supply and demand;lagging the national standard,the management level needs to be improved;lack of cluster effect,supporting supply needs to be improved and so on.In this regard,it is suggested to strengthen the top-level design and promote the development of rural homestays as a whole;strengthen standard management and improve the service level of rural homestay;implement joint agriculture with agriculture,realize the organic integration of homestay villages;focus on publicity and promotion,to create a three-dimensional brand of rural homestay.
