摘要
目的探究多学科协作护理联合全程营养管理对行胰腺癌根治术患者术后营养水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2021年8月至2022年8月于华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院行胰腺癌根治术的106例患者的临床资料,按照护理方式的不同分为对照组(常规护理,55例)与观察组(多学科协作护理+常规护理+全程营养管理模式,51例)。对比2组的心理状态、营养状况、生活质量和疼痛程度。结果干预4周后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,营养状况和生活质量评分均优于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组在术后3 d、14 d及28 d的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05);2组在干预后各时间点的上述指标或评分同组内干预前或术前比较均有所改善(P均<0.05)。结论多学科协作护理联合全程营养管理有助于行胰腺癌根治术患者术后心理状态、营养状况、疼痛程度和生活质量的改善。
Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing combined with whole-course nutrition management on the nutrition level of patients after radical surgery for pancreatic cancer.Methods The clinical data of 106 patients who underwent radical surgery for pancreatic cancer at Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from August 2021 to August 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into a control group(routine nursing,55 cases)and an observation group(multidisciplinary collaborative nursing+routine nursing+whole-course nutrition management model,51 cases).The psychological status,nutritional status,quality of life,and degree of pain of the two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks of intervention,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the nutritional status and quality of life scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 3,14,and 28 days after surgery(all P<0.05).The above indicators or scores of the two groups improved at each time point after intervention compared to before intervention or before surgery within the group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing combined with whole-course nutrition management is beneficial to the improvement of psychological status,nutritional status,pain degree and quality of life of patients after radical surgery for pancreatic cancer.
