基于PPR建模的固废材料固化戈壁土抗压强度计算模型

摘要 为实现固废材料在戈壁土固化中的资源利用,选用工业矿渣粉和粉煤灰组成一种戈壁土固化掺合料,加入碱激发剂激发活性,对其固化戈壁土的抗压强度进行试验研究,采用投影寻踪回归对试验高维数据进行分析,建立固化戈壁土抗压强度PPR计算模型,验证了模型的精度和稳定性,最后采用该模型进行仿真计算,分析各影响因素与固化戈壁土抗压强度的关系。研究结果表明:该PPR计算模型具有可靠性,各影响因子对抗压强度贡献权重系数顺序为:固化剂掺量>龄期>粉煤灰掺量>碱掺量;仿真计算结果定量描述了各影响因素与固化戈壁土抗压强度的关系;PPR模型较深入地挖掘了固化戈壁土抗压强度高维数据的内在结构,为固废材料固化戈壁土的力学性能研究提供参考。 In order to realize the resource utilization of solid waste material in the solidification of Gobi soil,industrial slag powder and fly ash were used to compose a solidifying admixture of Gobi soil,alkali activator was added to stimulate the activity,the compressive strength of solidified Gobi soil was tested and studied,projection pursuit regression was used to analyze the high⁃dimensional data,a PPR model for calculating compressive strength of solidified Gobi soil was established,the accuracy and stability of the model are verified,Finally,the model is used for simulation calculation,the relationship between the influencing factors and the compressive strength of solidified Gobi soil was analyzed.The results showed that the PPR calculation model is reliable,and the weight coefficients of each influence factor to compressive strength were ranked as the sequence of content of dosage of curing agent>age>flyash mixed>dosage of alkali activator,the simulation results quantitatively describe the relationship between the influencing factors and the compressive strength of solidified Gobi soil;the PPR model excavates the inner structure of high⁃dimensional compressive strength data of solidified Gobi soil in depth,and provides a reference for the study of mechanical properties of solidified Gobi soil with solid waste materials.
