摘要
不孕症近年来发病率呈升高趋势,长期不孕不仅危害女性身心健康,还可给家庭及社会带来负面影响,故不孕症的诊治备受临床关注。甲状腺疾病则是甲状腺功能障碍所致的内分泌疾病,可包括甲状腺功能亢进症、甲状腺功能减退症及自身免疫性甲状腺疾病等。甲状腺功能的变化可直接影响下丘脑-垂体轴,从而对性腺轴及卵巢功能造成一定影响,可能增加女性不孕风险。为此,本文就甲状腺激素与生殖系统的关系、不同甲状腺疾病与不孕间的关系进行一综述。
The incidence of infertility has been increasing in recent years.Long-term infertility not only endangers women's physical and mental health,but also negatively affect family and society.Therefore,the diagnosis and treatment of infertility has attracted clinical attention.Thyroid diseases are endocrine diseases caused by thyroid dysfunction,including hyperthyroidism,hypothyroidism and autoimmune thyroid diseases,etc.Changes in thyroid function can directly affect the hypothalamic-pituitary axis,which has a certain impact on the gonadal axis and ovarian function,and may increase the risk of female infertility.Therefore,this paper reviews the relationship between thyroid hormones and reproductive system,and the relationship between different thyroid diseases and infertility.
