摘要
为研究客运场站中安检系统的乘客通行时间问题,对乘客在安检过程中的安检时间、携带行李大小、排队情况等数据进行了采集,并对采集的数据进行了描述性统计分析,探究携带行李大小及排队情况对乘客安检时间的影响。在此基础上,分别以放包时间、传送时间和取包时间为因变量,乘客携带行李大小作为自变量,分别分析因变量与自变量之间的相关性关系。最后对安检时间进行了显著性影响因素分析,为优化客运站安检流程提供建议。
In response to the issue of passenger travel time in the security check system of passenger terminals,data on passenger security check time,luggage size,and queuing situation were collected during the security check process.The collected data was first subjected to descriptive statistical analysis to explore the impact of luggage size and queuing situation on passenger security check time.On this basis,the correlation between the dependent and the independent variables was analyzed,with the release time,delivery time,and pickup time as the dependent variables and the size of passenger luggage as the independent variable.Finally,based on the significant factors affecting the security inspection time obtained from data analysis,optimization suggestions were proposed for the security inspection process at passenger stations.
