一种10 kV架空线路标准化固定装置技术探讨

摘要 10 kV及以下架空线路绝缘导线经常采用手绑线方式固线,由于运行年限过长、施工工艺不一致、长期受力不均和自然环境的影响,导线极易发生脱落、短路、局部放电、漏电跳火、触电等事故。文章探讨了一种10 kV架空线路标准化固定装置,其结构简单、安装方便,且具有绝缘化、长寿命、不受周围环境影响等特点,从而大大提高了配电网架空线路的安全性、可靠性。 The insulated wires of 10 kV and below overhead lines are often fixed by hand binding.Due to the overlong years in operation,inconsistent construction techniques,the influence of long-term uneven force and natural environment,accidents tend to occur,including wires falling off,short circuit,partial discharge,leakage fire jumping,electric shock.This paper discusses a standardized fixed device of 10 kV overhead line.With its simple structure and easy installation as well as the characteristics of insulation,durability and invulnerability to the surroundings,the device greatly improves the safety and reliability of the overhead lines of the distribution network.
