摘要
液压传动是以液体作为工作介质进行能量传递和控制的一种传动方式,在冶金行业使用率偏高。液压油泄漏,不仅带来巨大的液压油消耗,而且对环境造成不同程度的污染,还存在着一定的安全隐患,影响液压设备的稳定运行,严重制约着公司的生产节奏。通过对液压站内、外的漏油原因进行分析,提出了相应的解决办法。通过减少系统振动、升级焊接方式,同时,选用性能优良的耐磨、耐高低温的密封件,液压油消耗大大减少,取得了显著的效果。
Hydraulic transmission is a transmission method that uses liquid as the working medium for energy transfer and control,and is widely used in the metallurgical industry.Hydraulic oil leakage not only brings huge hydraulic oil consumption and causes varying degrees of pollution to the environment,but also poses certain safety hazards,affecting the stable operation of hydraulic equipment and seriously restricting the company's production rhythm.By analyzing the causes of oil leakage inside and outside the hydraulic station,corresponding solutions have been proposed.By reducing system vibration,upgrading welding methods,and selecting high-performance wear-resistant,high and low temperature resistant sealing components,hydraulic oil consumption has been greatly reduced,achieving significant results.
