摘要
高速铁路施工作为我国基建领域划时代的工程,铁路之间的相互跨越在施工中较为常见,通常以钢结构梁应用较为广泛,钢结构梁在施工过程中,加工及组装等均可在场内或者现场完成,且能实现较大跨径的跨越,作业安全且施工质量有保证,吊装作业时可利用较短时间进行吊装落梁,施工工序简单,除了大型吊装设备外其他临时措施少,对既有线行车干扰少。本文主要对门式墩大跨度钢横梁跨既有线吊装施工工艺进行研究分析。
High speed railway construction is an epoch-making project in the field of infrastructure construction in China,the mutual spanning between railways is common in construction,in which the steel structure beam is widely used.The processing and assembly of steel structure beam can be completed in the field or on-site during the construction,a larger span can be realized,the operation is safe and the construction quality is guaranteed.In hoisting operation,the lifting and falling of beams can be performed within a short time,and the construction process is simple.Except for large-scale hoisting equipment,there are few other temporary measures and less interference to the existing line driving.This paper mainly studies and analyzes the hoisting construction technology of the portal pier large-span steel beam across the existing line.
