摘要
新工艺采用新型装配式、可调胎架进行新增钢梁安装。胎架由叉车前端固定,新增钢梁放置在其上,通过限位柱防止位移。叉车顶升加固钢梁至标高,另一叉车运送提前焊接的支撑架至钢梁下方,安装可拆卸支架、顶托与楼板紧密连接。支撑架与千斤顶协同使用,实现不同截面钢梁的快速安装,支撑架快速周转。本文详细介绍了该工艺,突显大型叉车、新型装配式可调胎架、可调支撑架的协同作业,为高效加固老旧建筑提供了有效手段。
The new technology adopts a new prefabricated and adjustable moulding bed for the installation of newly added steel beam.The moulding bed is fixed by the front end of the fork-lift truck,and the newly added steel beam is placed on it,and the displacement is prevented by the restraint column.The fork-lift truck lifts and reinforces the steel beam to the scale height,and the other fork-lift truck transports the pre-welded support frame to the bottom of the steel beam,and installs the detachable support and the jacking bracket to closely connect with the floor slab.The support frame and the jack are used together to realize the rapid installation of steel beams at different sections and the rapid turnover of the support frame.This paper introduces this technology in detail,and highlights the collaborative operation of large fork-lift truck,new prefabricated and adjustable molding bed,and adjustable support frame,which provides an effective means for efficient strengthening of old buildings.
