摘要
基于2013—2020年新疆14个地州市的面板数据,面板模型选择固定效应模型实证检验旅游业发展对新疆农民收入增长效应的影响。结果表明,2013—2020年新疆各地州市旅游总收入、旅游接待人数显著正向促进农民收入的增长,旅游总收入促进作用大于旅游接待人数;第一产业对农民收入的贡献大于第二产业;旅游业资本投入的三大部门对农民收入产生不同影响,A级景区与旅行社显著正向影响农民收入,星级饭店负向影响农民收入。旅游总收入、旅游接待人数、A级景区与旅行社对提高农民收入都具有辐射带动作用,旅游总收入的直接效应大于空间溢出效应,旅游接待人数、A级景区与旅行社与此相反;星级饭店的空间溢出效应不显著。研究结论为新疆如何全方位发展旅游业促进农民增收提供了理论参考。
The article is based on panel data of 14 prefectures and cities in Xinjiang from^(2)013 to 2020,and the panel model is chosen to empirically test the impact of tourism development on the growth effect of farmers’income in Xinjiang.The results show that:From^(2)013 to 2020,the total tourism revenue and the number of tourism receivers in all cities and towns in Xinjiang significantly and positively contributed to the growth of farmers’income,and the total tourism revenue contributed more than the number of tourism receivers;the primary industry contributed more to farmers’income than the secondary industry;the three major sectors of tourism capital investment had different effects on farmers’income,with A-grade scenic spots and travel agencies significantly and positively affecting farmers’income,and star hotels negatively affecting farmers’income.A-grade scenic spots and travel agencies have a significant positive impact on farmers’income,while star-rated hotels have a negative impact on farmers’income.The direct effect of total tourism income is greater than the spatial spillover effect,while the opposite is true for tourism receipts,A-grade scenic spots and travel agencies;the spatial spillover effect of star-rated hotels is not significant.The findings of this study provide a theoretical reference for how to develop tourism in Xinjiang in all aspects to promote farmers’income.
