摘要
目的了解四平市孕产妇母婴健康素养现状,讨论影响孕产妇母婴健康素养现状的因素,为提高孕产妇的健康素养提供科学依据。方法数据来源是中国孕产妇营养与健康科学调查项目的第六子课题孕产妇营养健康素养与养育行为科学项目,本研究选取2021年6月—2022年7月四平市调查数据。结果四平市孕产妇具备母婴健康素养的比例为20.3%,不同孕期、职业比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.048、8.079,P<0.05)。结论四平市的孕产妇母婴健康素养水平较低,孕产妇母婴健康素养水平需要进一步加强,妇幼保健机构应该加强对孕产妇这一特殊人群的母婴健康宣传教育工作,提高该部分人群的健康素养,为婴幼儿的健康成长提供一个良好的空间。
Objective Understanding the current status of maternal and child health literacy in Siping City.To discuss the factors af-fecting the current situation of maternal and infant health literacy and to provide a scientific basis for improving maternal health litera-cy.Methods The source of data is the Maternal Nutrition and Health Literacy and Parenting Behavior Science Project,which is the sixth sub-project of the China Maternal Nutrition and Health Science Survey Project.In this study,the survey data of Siping City from June 2021 to July 2022 were selected.Results The proportion of pregnant women with maternal and child health literacy in Siping City is 20.3%.Sta-tistically significant differences by pregnancy and occupation(χ^(2)=19.048,8.079,P<0.05).Conclusion The level of maternal and in-fant health literacy in Siping City is relatively low.The level of maternal and infant health literacy needs to be further strengthened.Materna and child health care institutions should strengthen the maternal and infant health publicity and education for this special group of people,im-prove the health literacy of this part of the population,and provide a good space for the healthy growth of infants and young children.
