摘要
随着医疗技术的不断进步,极早产儿存活率不断提高,支气管肺发育不良的发生率也随之升高。肺血管生成受损、肺泡发育停滞、细胞外基质改变是支气管肺发育不良的主要特征。促血管生成因子水平变化对维持正常肺血管生成及肺泡发育具有关键作用,如血管内皮生长因子、血管生成素、血小板源性生长因子、肝细胞生长因子等。上述促血管生成因子均与支气管肺发育不良密切相关,在该病的临床防治中具有良好的发展前景。
With the continuous progress of medical technology,the survival rate of extremely preterm infants has been increasing,and the incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia has also increased.The main characteristics of bronchopulmonary dysplasia are impaired pulmonary angiogenesis,alveolar arrest and extracellular matrix change.Changes in the levels of pro-angiogenic factors,such as vascular endothelial growth factor,angiopoietin,platelet-derived growth factor,and hepatocyte growth factor,play a key role in maintaining normal pulmonary angiogenesis and alveolar development.These factors are closely associated with the development of bronchopulmonary dysplasia and have a good prospect in the clinical prevention and treatment of the disease.
