摘要
阐述了矿井提升机异步高速电动机+减速器传动系统、电励磁低速直联同步电动机传动系统的结构特点;根据永磁电动机工作原理,提出了矿井提升机低速直联永磁同步变频驱动传动系统方案;对比分析了3种传动系统的技术特点。结合项目实际应用,得出结论:低速直联永磁同步变频驱动传动效率高,维护量小,可靠性高,节能效果好。
The structural characteristics of the drive system with the asynchronous high-speed motor and the reducer,and the drive system of the electric excitation low-speed direct-connected synchronous motor for the mine hoist were described.Then,according to the working principle of the permanent magnet motor,the scheme of low-speed direct-connected permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency drive system of the mine hoist was put forward.After compared and analyzed the technical characteristics of the three drive systems,and combined with the practical application of the project,it was concluded that the low-speed direct-connected permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency drive had high drive efficiency,little maintenance,high reliability and good energy saving effect.
