摘要
作为一种非接触性犯罪,电信网络诈骗与传统犯罪有着很大差别,不管是犯罪规律特点、犯罪演变趋势和速度,还是侦查策略、防范重点,都与传统犯罪截然不同。从当前的电信网络诈骗防治取向来看,更多研究着重于如何打击电信网络诈骗犯罪。而从受害人角度出发,研究受害人心理特征以及如何预防电信网络诈骗犯罪的研究相对较少。因此,基于受害人的角度探究电信网络诈骗的相关心理,能为预防电信网络诈骗犯罪、建立长效的治理电信网络诈骗防范体系提供理论保障。
Telecommunications fraud is a crime in which fraudsters have no need to directly contact the victims.It is quite different from traditional crimes in terms of patterns and characteristics,evolution trends and speed,as well as investigation strategies and prevention priorities.At present,studies on telecommunications fraud prioritize how to crack down on such crime,while few researchers show concerns over psychological traits of victims and prevention strategies for telecommunications fraud from the perspective of victims.Hence analyzing psychological traits of the victims trapped in telecommunications fraud can provide theoretical guarantees for preventing such crime and establishing a long-term governance system for its prevention.
