通信运营商核心机房节能改造技术措施研究

摘要 全球气候变暖给人类带来了巨大的挑战,而碳排放是导致这一现象的主要原因之一。碳达峰和碳中和是实现可持续发展的重要手段,其要求将传统的高能耗、高排放的发展模式转变为更加高效、清洁、低碳的绿色发展模式。为实现碳中和和碳达峰的目标,需要大力推动清洁能源、节能减排等技术的研发和应用。将通信运营商核心机房及数据中心的电源使用效率(Power Usage Effectiveness,PUE)作为重要的能效指标,通过通信机房节能改造,有效降低PUE值。 Global warming has brought great challenges to mankind,and carbon emission is one of the main reasons for this phenomenon.Peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality are important means to achieve sustainable development,which requires changing the traditional development model with high energy consumption and high emissions into a more efficient,clean and low-carbon green development model.In order to achieve the goals of carbon neutrality and peak carbon dioxide emissions,it is necessary to vigorously promote the research and development and application of technologies such as clean energy,energy conservation and emission reduction.Taking the Power Usage Effectiveness(PUE)of the core computer room and data center of communication operators as an important energy efficiency index,the PUE value is effectively reduced through the transformation of communication green data center.
