室温共沉淀法制备KNaSiF_(6)∶Mn^(4+)红色荧光粉及发光性能研究

Synthesis of KNaSiF_(6)∶Mn^(4+)red phosphors by room-temperature co-precipitation method and luminescence property study

摘要 采用简单的室温共沉淀法制备了发光强度较高的KNaSiF_(6)∶Mn^(4+)红色荧光粉。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和荧光光谱仪对荧光粉的结构、形貌、激发和发射光谱进行了表征。详细探究了合成过程中原料、HF用量以及Mn4+掺杂量对样品结构和发光性能的影响。结果表明:当NaF与KF配比为1∶1,HF用量为9mL,Mn^(4+)掺杂浓度为7.5%时,样品为纯相且发光强度最大;在463nm激发下,最强窄带发射峰位于631nm处,且于620nm观察到较强的零声子线ZPL发射。 KNaSiF_(6)∶Mn^(4+)red phosphors with high luminescence intensity were simply synthesized by room-temperature co-precipitation method.The structure,morphology,excitation and emission spectra of phosphors were characterized via X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and fluorescence spectrometer.The influences of raw materials,HF dosage and Mn^(4+)doping concentration on the structure and luminescence properties of the samples during the synthesis process were investigated exhaustively.The results demonstrated that when the ratio of NaF to KF was 1∶1,the dosage of HF was 9mL,and the doping concentration of Mn^(4+)was 7.5%,the sample was pure phase and provided the highest luminesce intensity.Under 463nm excitation,the strongest narrow-band emission was located at 631nm,and the relatively strong ZPL emission was observed at 620nm.
