原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤重金属前处理方法的比较研究

摘要 土壤重金属污染会对土壤中的植物和生物造成极大危害,甚至影响人们的正常生活,因此有必要对土壤中的重金属进行测定和分析。样品前处理方法是准确测定土壤中重金属含量的重要环节,本文采用石墨电热消解法、微波消解法对三种土壤标准物质进行了前处理。采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了土壤中金属元素Cu、Zn、Pb的含量。试验结果表明,准确度和精密度符合相关要求。本文还对两种土壤重金属分析前处理方法测定结果的相对误差进行了比较,分析了各种方法的优缺点,从而为进一步探索和研究土壤重金属检测预处理技术提供参考。 Soil heavy metal pollution can appear within the soil on plant and biological cause great harm,and even affect people’s normal life,therefore,it is need to be to measure and analysis of heavy metals in soil.The sample pretreatment method to accurately measure the content of heavy metals in soil is an important way,this article three kinds of soil standard substances were pretreated by graphite electrothermal digestion method,microwave digestion.The contents of metal elements in soil Cu,Zn,Pb were determined byflame atomic absorption method.Test results show that accuracy and precision meet the relevant requirements.Aimed at a variety of soil heavy metal analysis pretreatment methods of and the relative error of the determination results are compared,analyzed the advan-tages and disadvantages of each method,and provides reference for the further exploration and research of soil heavy metal detection pretreatment technology.
