糖化血红蛋白、同型半胱氨酸与中老年急性冠脉综合征患者冠脉病变相关性分析

摘要 目的 了解糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者冠脉病变相关性。方法 515例中老年ACS患者根据冠脉造影结果分为单支冠脉病变组和多支冠脉病变组,根据Gensini评分分为轻度和中重度病变组,采用Pearson相关性分析HbA1c、Hcy与冠脉病变相关性。结果 单支、轻度病变组HbA1c、Hcy水平低于多支、中重度病变组(P<0.01或0.05)。HbA1c水平与多支病变存在正相关(r=0.103,P<0.05),而Hcy水平与病变严重程度存在正相关(r=0.164,P<0.01)。结论 高水平HbA1c、Hcy分别与中老年ACS患者冠脉多支、中重度冠脉病变发生有关。 Objective To investigate the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),homocysteine(Hcy)and coronary artery lesions in middle-aged and elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods A total of 515 middle-aged and elderly patients with ACS were divided into single-vessel and multi-vessel groups according to coronary angiography,and mild and moderate/severe groups based on Gensini scores.The correlation between HbA1c,Hcy and coronary artery lesions was evaluated by Pearson correlation analysis.Results HbA1c and Hcy levels were lower in single-vessel and mild ACS groups than in multi-vessel and moderate/severe ACS groups(P<0.01 or 0.05).There were positive correlations between HbA1c and multi-vessel lesions(r=0.103,P<0.05)and between Hcy and moderate/severe ACS(r=0.164,P<0.01).Conclusion HbA1c and Hcy could be respectively contribute to multi-vessel lesions and moderate/severe ACS in middle-aged and elderly patients.
