氧驱动雾化吸入疗法在小儿哮喘中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨氧驱动雾化吸入疗法在小儿哮喘中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2023年6月济南市莱芜区张家洼街道卫生服务中心收治的98例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(49例)与观察组(49例)。对照组采用空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗,观察组采用氧驱动雾化吸入疗法。比较两组临床症状消失时间、肺功能指标及治疗总有效率。结果观察组各项临床症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积及呼气流量峰值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氧驱动雾化吸入疗法在小儿哮喘中的应用效果较好,可缩短临床症状消失时间,改善肺功能,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the application effect of oxygen driven atomizing inhalation therapy in children with asthma.Methods A total of 98 children with as thma admitted to Zhangjiawa Street Health Service Center of L aiwu District of Jinan City from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(49 cases)and the observation group(49 cases).The control group was treated with atomization inhalation by air compression pump,and the observation group was treated with oxygen driven atomizing inhalation therapy.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,lung function indexes and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second and peak expiratory flow in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of oxygen driven atomizing inhalation therapy in children with asthma is good,can shorten the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms,improve lung function,and is worthy of clinical application.
