新疆某儿童医院矮小症患儿血清25-(OH)D水平的调查分析

摘要 目的:调查不同生长激素状态下的矮小症患儿25羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]的水平,为临床中儿童生长发育评估提供一定理论依据。方法:选取2023年1—10月北京儿童医院新疆医院收治的115例矮小症儿童,根据生长激素在药物激发试验的峰值水平将研究对象分为完全缺乏组、部分缺乏组和特发性矮小组,选取同期40名健康儿童作为对照组。通过化学发光法检测各组血清25-(OH)D值。结果:3组矮小症患儿的25-(OH)D水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同民族间,3组矮小症患儿的25-(OH)D水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。完全缺乏组25-(OH)D水平低于部分缺乏组和特发性矮小组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在同一组内,不同民族儿童的25-(OH)D水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:25-(OH)D水平可能与儿童矮小症存在关联,故矮小症患儿应及时检测体内25-(OH)D水平,并根据检测结果及时有效地补充维生素D。 Objective To study the levels of 25 hydroxyvitamin D[25-(OH)D]in children with Short stature under different growth hormone states,and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical evaluation.Methods 115 children with short stature who visited Xinjiang Hospital of Beijing Children's Hospital from January to October 2023 were selected.According to the peak level of growth hormone in the drug stimulation test,the subjects were divided into complete deficiency group,partial deficiency group,and idiopathic short stature group.Forty healthy children from the same period were selected as the control group.The serum 25-(OH)D levels of each group were detected by chemiluminescence method.Results The level of 25-(OH)D in three groups was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among different ethnic groups,the 25-(OH)D level of children with Short stature in three groups was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of 25-(OH)D in complete deficiency group was lower than that in partial deficiency group and idiopathic Short stature group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the same group,there was no statistical significance in the 25-(OH)D level of children of different ethnic groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The 25-(OH)D level may be associated with Short stature in children.Therefore,the 25-(OH)D level in children with Short stature should be detected in time,and vitamin D should be supplemented in time and effectively according to the detection results.
