基于等离子双丝增材制造技术制备坡莫合金工艺探究

摘要 首次采用等离子双丝增材制造技术制备Fe-Ni合金,通过显微组织分析获得平行于基板和垂直于基板的显微组织相差较大,平行于基板的显微组织主要由不同尺寸的等轴晶组成且含有极大尺寸晶粒,而垂直于基板方向的显微组织主要是柱状晶,因此柱状晶内含有不同形态的胞状晶,垂直于晶界生长。两者晶界和晶内均有点状或圆形析出物,且均匀分布。元素分析结果表明:该试样不存在元素偏析,且其显微硬度优于激光选区熔化所制备的试样。 In this paper,the plasma dual-wire additive manufacturing technology is used to prepare Fe-Ni alloy for the first time.The microstructure analysis shows that the microstructure composition parallel to the substrate and perpendicular to the substrate is quite different,and the microstructure parallel to the substrate is mainly composed of equiaxed grains of different sizes and contains extremely large size grains.However,the microstructure perpendicular to the substrate direction is mainly columnar crystals,columnar crystals contain different morphology of cellular crystals,and grow perpendicular to the grain boundary.The precipitates in grain boundary and in crystal are uniformly distributed.The results of elemental analysis show that there is no element segregation and the microhardness of the sample is better than that of the sample prepared by laser selective melting.
