摘要
目的探讨叙事团体心理治疗应用于焦虑症患者的效果。方法选取医院2020年2月至2022年8月收治的焦虑症患者98例,采用时间分段法分为观察组和对照组,各49例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予叙事团体心理治疗。结果治疗后,观察组患者生活质量量表的心理社会、动机与精力、症状恢复情况评分均显著低于对照组;社会支持评定量表的客观支持、主观支持、对支持的利用度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4,8周后,观察组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论叙事团体心理治疗在焦虑症患者心理治疗中的应用效果较好,可改善患者的生活质量,提高社会支持度,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪。
Objective To investigate the application effect of narrative group psychotherapy in patients with anxiety disorders.Methods Ninety-eight patients with anxiety disorders admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by the time segmentation method,with 49 cases in each froup.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,on the basis,the patients in the observation group were given narrative group psychotherapy.Results After treatment,the quality of life scale scores in psychosocial,motivation and energy and symptom recovery in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the social support scale scores in objective support,subjective support,and utilization of support were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After four and eight weeks of treatment,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The narrative group psychotherapy in the patients with anxiety disorders is effective,which can improve the quality of life of patients,improve social support,and alleviate anxiety and depression.
