建筑用碳纤维-金属网复合材料的力学性能研究

Study on mechanical properties of carbon fiber-metal mesh composites for construction

摘要 用热固性环氧斜纹编织预浸料、不锈钢丝网、铝合金丝网分别制备纯碳纤维板试样、碳纤维—不锈钢丝网复合材料、碳纤维—铝合金丝网复合材料。测试3种复合材料的抗折强度、抗压强度、抗冲击性能及经腐蚀后的力学性能。结果表明:纯碳纤维板的抗折强度、抗压强度均处于最低水平;经质量分数为5%的NaCl溶液腐蚀后力学性能均不同程度下降;经过金属网增强后的复合材料力学性能明显增强,其中,加入不锈钢丝网的复合材料具有较高的抗折强度、抗压强度、抗冲击性能。综上可知,碳纤维-不锈钢丝网复合材料的力学性能更佳。 The sample of pure carbon fiber plate,carbon fiber stainless steel wire mesh composite and carbon fiber aluminum alloy wire mesh composite were prepared by thermosetting epoxy twill braid prepreg,stainless steel wire mesh and aluminum alloy wire mesh,respectively.The flexural strength,compressive strength,impact resistance and mechanical properties after corrosion of the three composites were tested.The results show that the flexural strength and compressive strength of pure carbon fiber plate are at the lowest level.The mechanical properties decrease to different degrees after corrosion with 5%NaCl solution.The mechanical properties of the composite materials strengthened by metal mesh are obviously enhanced,among which,the composite materials added with stainless steel mesh have higher flexural strength,compressive strength and impact resistance.In summary,the mechanical properties of carbon fiber-stainless steel wire mesh composites are better.
