摘要
目的供血不足性眩晕患者治疗中行升阳举陷法的效果探究。方法选取2023年1—10月毕节市中医医院中医科收治的100例供血不足性眩晕患者为研究对象,按不同的治疗方法分为两组,各50例。对照组行常规中药治疗方案,观察组行升阳举陷法。比较两组症状缓解时间、眩晕症状量表评分、中医证候积分、生活质量评分。结果与对照组比较,观察组症状缓解时间更短、眩晕症状量表评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组头晕目眩评分(1.21±0.25)分低于对照组(2.30±0.52)分,发作频率评分(1.02±0.16)分低于对照组(2.10±0.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.358、25.015,P均<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于供血不足性眩晕治疗中行升阳举陷法,有利于减轻临床症状,缩短症状持续时间,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of Shengyang Juxian method in the treatment of vertigo patients with insuf⁃ficient blood supply.Methods A total of 100 patients with vertigo caused by insufficient blood supply admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Bijie Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to Octo⁃ber 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Chinese medicine,and the obser⁃vation group was treated with Shengyang Juxian method.The symptom relief time,Vertigo Syndrome Scale Score,tradi⁃tional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Re⁃sults Compared with the control group,the symptom relief time was shorter and the Vertigo Syndrome Scale score was lower in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The score of dizziness and dizziness in the observation group(1.21±0.25)points was lower than that in the control group(2.30±0.52)points,and the score of attack frequency(1.02±0.16)points was lower than that in the control group(2.10±0.26)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=13.358,25.015,both P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of blood supply insufficiency vertigo,the Shengyang Juxian method is conducive to reducing clinical symptoms,shortening the duration of symptoms,and improving the quality of life of patients.
