炸药层厚度对爆炸焊接质量影响的数值模拟

摘要 为了探究炸药层厚度对爆炸焊接质量的影响,选取SUS304不锈钢为复板,低碳合金钢Q345R为基板,采用ANSYS有限元软件和LS-DYNA软件相结合,通过SPH-FEM(光滑粒子流体动力学-有限元法)耦合算法对不同炸药层厚度的爆炸焊接过程进行数值模拟,设置了3组不同的对照组,炸药的厚度分别为15 mm、20 mm、28 mm,对试验模型的速度、压力、波形变化进行对比分析,并通过计算建立了爆炸焊接窗口。在其他情况一定的情况下,随着炸药层厚度的增加,界面波形的波长和波幅也会增加,焊接质量越好。 To investigate the impact of explosive layer thickness on explosive welding quality,SUS304 stainless steel was chosen as the clad plate,and low-carbon alloy steel Q345R was utilized as the substrate.The simulation of explosive welding with varying explosive layer thickness(15 mm,20 mm,and 28 mm)was conducted using a combination of ANSYS finite element software and LS-DYNA software through the SPHFEM coupling algorithm.Three distinct control groups were established for analysis.It was observed that the explosive thickness increased,the wavelength and amplitude of interface waveform also increased,resulting in improved welding quality in other aspects.
