摘要
挥发性有机物化合物(VOCs)对人体健康和气候环境都有着很大危害,其具有涵盖物质范围广、涉及的领域多等特点。工业VOCs防治是现阶段中国治理大气污染的首要任务,聚丙烯的工业生产是挥发性有机物化合物产生源之一,在气相流化床生产聚丙烯工艺中,树脂在净化后进入挤压机工段所产生的挥发性气体都是经过下料料斗上部放空阀直接排入大气,对环境造成了污染。为了达到低碳排放标准,对现有工艺流程进行改造,升级生产技术,集中处理挥发性气体。在聚丙烯生产挤压造粒工段,挤压机下料斗上部安装尾气收集排放装置,树脂及添加剂在进入挤压机熔融、挤压和造粒前将所产生的挥发性气体收集并排放到RCO系统中,挥发性气体在RCO系统中燃烧达到标准后排放至大气,避免了挥发性有机化合物在大气中的排放,降低了环境污染的同时也省下了排污征收费用的支出。
Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)have great harm to human health and climate environment,which covers a wide range of substances and involves many fields.Industrial VOCs prevention and control is the primary task of air pollution control in China at this stage,the industrial production of polypropylene is one of the sources of volatile organic compounds,in the process of producing polypropylene by gas-phase fluidized bed,the volatile gas produced by resin entering the extruder section after purification is directly discharged into the atmosphere through the vent valve at the upper part of the discharge hopper,which causes environmental pollution.In order to meet the low carbon emission standards,the existing process will be reformed,the production technology will be upgraded,and the volatile gas will be centrally treated.In the extrusion pelleting section of polypropylene production,exhaust gas collection and discharge device is installed on the upper part of the hopper under the extrusion machine.The volatile gases generated by the resin and additives are collected and put into the RCO system before entering the extrusion machine for melting,extrusion and granulation.The volatile gases are discharged into the atmosphere after burning in the RCO system to meet the standard,avoiding the emission of volatile organic compounds in the atmosphere.The reduction of environmental pollution also saves the expenditure of sewage collection fees.
