摘要
目的 探讨三位一体式延续性干预在糖尿病肾病患者中的效果及对依从性的影响。方法 选取2020年3月—2022年1月潍坊市益都中心医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者164例为研究对象,采用信封法分为两组,各82例。对照组给予常规护理与随访,观察组联合三位一体式延续性干预,比较两组自我效能量表(Exercise of Self-care Agency, ESCA)评分、自我管理水平及依从性。结果 干预后,观察组ESCA评分、自我管理水平评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,观察组治疗方案、按时复查、体位指导、液体摄入及对症治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 三位一体式延续性干预用于糖尿病肾病患者中,能提高患者自我效能水平及自我管理能力,有助于提高患者出院后依从性。
Objective To explore the effect of trinity continuous intervention in diabetic nephropathy patients and its influence on compliance.Methods 164 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to Weifang Yidu Central Hos-pital from March 2020 to January 2022 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into two groups of 82 cases each by the envelope method.The control group was given routine care and follow-up,and the observation group was combined with trinity continuity intervention.The Exercise of Self-care Agency(ESCA)scores,self-management level and adherence were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the ESCA score and self-management level score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After the intervention,the observation group's adherence to the treatment pro-gram,on-time review,positional guidance,fluid intake and symptomatic treatment were higher than those of the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Trinity continuous intervention in diabetic nephropathy patients can improve the level of self-efficacy and self-management ability of patients,and help to improve the compliance of patients after discharge.
