摘要
目的:分析外科手术患者围术期使用质子泵抑制剂预防应激性溃疡的合理性。方法:回顾性分析2019年9月—2022年8月于南京医科大学第二附属医院外科行手术并于围术期应用质子泵抑制剂的1 640例患者的临床资料,统计各科室患者围术期质子泵抑制剂预防应激性溃疡的不合理用药情况。结果:1 640例患者中,质子泵抑制剂预防应激性溃疡的不合理用药发生率为76.65%(1 257/1 640),用药指征不合理例数最多,占85.28%(1 027/1 257)。结论:该院外科手术患者围术期使用质子泵抑制剂预防应激性溃疡存在不合理情况,以用药指征不合理为主,相关部门需制定相关干预措施,规范外科围术期质子泵抑制剂的使用。
Objective:To analyze the rationality of perioperative use of proton pump inhibitors to prevent stress ulcer in surgery patients.Methods:The clinical data of 1640 patients who underwent surgery and received proton pump inhibitors during perioperative period in Surgery Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from September 2019 to August 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.The irrational use of proton pump inhibitors in each department were counted.Results:Among the 1640 patients,the incidence of irrational use of proton pump inhibitors in the prevention of stress ulcer was 76.65%(1257/1640),and the number of cases with irrational indications for medication was the highest,accounting for 85.28%(1027/1257).Conclusion:The perioperative use of proton pump inhibitors to prevent stress ulcer in surgery patients at this hospital is irrational,which is predominantly irrational indications for medication.The relevant departments need to formulate relevant interventional measures to standardize the perioperative use of proton pump inhibitors in surgery.
