摘要
目的:探讨环孢素滴眼液联合聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗重症干眼症的临床效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年12月锦州医科大学附属第一医院收治的重症干眼症患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组采用聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用环孢素滴眼液治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。治疗前,两组基础泪液分泌试验(Schirmer)结果、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色试验(FL)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组Schirmer结果、BUT、FL评分均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组眼部烧灼感、眼部异物感、眼刺痛、迎风流泪发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:环孢素滴眼液联合聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗重症干眼症的临床效果确切,可明显改善患者眼表功能及不适感。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of cyclosporine eye drops combined with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops in the treatment of severe dry eye.Methods:A total of 90 patients with severe dry eye who received treatment at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops and the observation group was treated with cyclosporine eye drops on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the results of basic tear secretion test(Schirmer),tear film break-up time(BUT)and corneal fluorescein stain test(FL)score between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the results of Schirmer BUT and FL scores in two groups were better than those before treatment,and these indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidences of ocular burning,ocular foreign body sensation,ocular stabbing pain and tearing against wind in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cyclosporine eye drops combined with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops in the treatment of severe dry eye has definite clinical effect,and can significantly alleviate the ocular surface function and discomfort of patients.
