2021—2022年门源回族自治县学生及孕妇碘营养监测结果分析

Analysis of Iodine Nutrition Monitoring Results of Students and Pregnant Women in Menyuan Hui Autonomous County from 2021 to 2022

摘要 目的:调查并分析2021—2022年门源回族自治县学生及孕妇碘营养监测结果。方法:2021—2022年于门源回族自治县东南西北中5个片区中各抽取80名学生、40名孕妇作为研究对象,检测学生和孕妇家庭盐碘含量及尿样碘含量,分析检测结果。结果:学生家庭中非碘盐占比0.50%(2/400),合格碘盐占比84.75%(339/400),盐碘水平为25.25(10.00,40.00)mg/kg;孕妇家庭中非碘盐占比2.00%(4/200),合格碘盐占比87.50%(175/200),盐碘水平为18.92(15.00,22.50)mg/kg。学生尿碘样本中,合格尿碘样本占比24.25%(97/400),尿碘水平为298.60(200.00,400.00)μg/L;孕妇尿碘样本中,合格尿碘样本占比38.50%(77/200),尿碘水平为346.00(250.00, 450.00)μg/L。结论:2021—2022年门源回族自治县学生盐碘情况正常,但是尿碘浓度超过适宜;孕妇盐碘含量较低,但尿碘浓度超过适宜;相关人员应在持续开展重点人群碘营养水平监测的同时,强化盐业市场监管,针对性开展健康宣教,落实科学补碘,防治碘缺乏。 Objective:To survey and analyze the results of iodine nutrition monitoring results of students and pregnant women in Menyuan Hui Autonomous County from 2021 to 2022.Methods:From 2021 to 2022,80 students and 40 pregnant women were selected from five districts(eastern,western,southern,northern and central)of Menyuan Hui Autonomous County as the study subjects.The family salt iodine content and urine sample iodine content of students and pregnant women were detected,and the detection results were analyzed.Results:In the student's families,the proportion of non-iodized salt was 0.50%(2/400),the proportion of qualified iodized salt was 84.75%(339/400),and the salt iodine level was 25.25(10.00,40.00)mg/kg;In the pregnant women'families,the proportion of non-iodized salt was 2.00%(4/200),the proportion of qualified iodized salt was 87.50%(175/200),and the salt iodine level was 18.92(15.00,22.50)mg/kg.Among the urine iodine samples of students,the proportion of qualified urine iodine samples was 24.25%(97/400),and the urine iodine level was 298.60(200.00,400.00)μg/L;Among the urine iodine samples of pregnant women,the proportion of qualified urine iodine samples was 38.50%(77/200),and the urine iodine level was 346.00(250.00,450.00)μg/L.Conclusion:From 2021 to 2022,the salt iodine level of students in Menyuan Hui Autonomous County is normal,but the urinary iodine concentration is higher than appropriate level;the salt iodine content of pregnant women is low,but the urine iodine concentration is higher than appropriate level.While continuing to monitor the iodine nutrition level of key populations,relevant personnel should strengthen the supervision of the salt industry market,carry out targeted health education,implement scientific iodine supplementation,and prevent iodine deficiency.
