摘要
目的探讨缺血性脑卒中后抑郁(Post-stroke depression,PSD)患者症状表现与血清白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1)表达的关系。方法选取我院在2021年1月~2023年1月收治的120例缺血性脑卒中患者,依据汉密尔顿抑郁-17(Hamilton depression-17,HAMD-17)量表分为PSD组(n=50)和NPSD组(n=70)。比较两组基础资料信息,采用Pearson相关性分析血清IL-6、IL-1表达与HAMD-17量表的关系,通过ROC及多因素Logistic回归分析IL-6、IL-1预测缺血性PSD的价值。结果PSD组IL-6、IL-1水平显著高于NPSD组(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,血清IL-6、IL-1水平与HAMD-17量表评分呈正相关(P<0.05);经多因素Logistic回归分析证实,高IL-6、IL-1水平是影响缺血性PSD的危险因素(P<0.05);经ROC分析证实,血清IL-6、IL-1水平可用于缺血性PSD的预测,曲线下面积分别为0.677、0.849,均P<0.05;。结论血清高IL-6、IL-1水平是影响缺血性PSD的危险因素,同时与患者抑郁症状表现的严重程度呈正相关,对缺血性PSD可能具有一定的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between symptoms and serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-1(IL-1)expression in patients with post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods A total of 120 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and studied,and divided into PSD group(n=50)and NPSD group(n=70)according to Hamilton depression-17(HAMD-17)scale.Basic data were compared between the two groups,and pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship between serum IL-6 and IL-1 levels and HAMD-17 scale,and the levels of IL-6 and IL-1 in predicting ischemic PSD was analyzed by ROC and multivariate Logistic regression..Results IL-6 and IL-1 levels in PSD group were significantly higher than those in NPSD group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the levels of serum IL-6 and IL-1 was positively correlated with the score of HAMD-17 scale(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis confirmed that the high levels of IL-6 and IL-1 was a risk factor for ischemic PSD(P<0.05).ROC analysis confirmed that serum IL-6 and IL-1 levels could be used to predict ischemic PSD,and the area under the curve was 0.677 and 0.849,respec-tively,with P<0.05.Conclusion The high levels of serum IL-6 and IL-1 is a risk factor for ischemic PSD,and is positively correlated with the severity of depressive symptoms,which may have a certain diagnostic value for ischemic PSD.
